The Process From Enquiry to Delivery
Once the specification has been agreed, we can start the design and build of your vehicle based exactly on the agreed brief. As every tunnel is different and every application requires specialist customisations, each tunnel vehicle is manufactured to match your operating environment rather than making minor modifications to a standard EUV.
We start by understanding your operational environments and requirements.
This includes aspects such as tunnel size, access points, gradients, payload and how the vehicle will be used day-to-day.
Based on your requirements, we work with you to develop a suitable vehicle specification.
This might include vehicle dimensions, platform layout, seating, dual cab or double headed operation and any specialist equipment needed for the task.
If needed, our team can provide demonstrations and testing to ensure your vehicle performs as expected within your environment. This will ensure your operators are confident using the vehicle and that it is fully suited to your demands.
This can be carried out on-site or at our own premises in Oldham.
Your vehicle will be delivered ready for use, with a full handover to your team. Lead times will be clearly specified in advance so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
