We’re delighted with the new electric trucks for our security team at the Fire Service College in Moreton-in-Marsh. From initial contact to the delivery and handover at site, the service has been efficient, fast and professional. The trucks look great but we’re also impressed by the build quality and the way they perform – they’re easy to drive and very smooth – perfect for our needs. We’ll be back for more when our diesel catering vans come up for replacement!

Lift Safe / ePowerTrucks have always been incredibly helpful with any materials handling equipment requirements we have for our customers.
The excellent electric truck range has been essential to our portfolio of equipment and is absolutely invaluable to the sites.
We can always count on them to assist with any ongoing maintenance and customer queries.

Senior Visitor Experience Officer
ePowerTrucks have been brilliant to work with. They are great at quick and clear communication, always replying to questions and queries in good time and with full information provided.
Not only did ePowerTrucks work with me on the specifications and delivery time of the vehicle, but they also came to site to meet in person to walk the driving route to ensure that the vehicle would suit our route and terrain.
The vehicle is well thought out and, considering the very generous lease rate, is built to a good quality. The team are very happy with it, and it provides a much-needed reliability and increased comfort level to our daily mobility service.
All in all, I would highly recommend working with ePowerTrucks if you are looking to take the leap into using electric vehicles for your workplace.

Director of Managed Services
With the onset of the pandemic we have had to look closely at all opex and make efficiencies wherever possible without impacting service. Therefore, having the Glutton machines at a time when we have a reduced workforce from furlough measures has meant we have been able to keep on top of a key objective of keeping our car parks clean for our customers.
We have had very positive feedback from our teams, who recognise the value of time given back to re-deploy labour more effectively by utilising the Glutton. Replacing manual brush and shovel with something as efficient and effective as Glutton has made their lives a lot easier and has helped them dedicate more time to helping customers and to become even more proud of their car parks.

“From the first phone call to the present day, ePower Trucks have provided an excellent and professional service. In 2018 the University took charge of seven EP-Amps to work towards the strategic plan in reducing emissions towards net zero. The Amps were a mixture of boxed and caged. They were distributed between departments such as Catering, Maintenance, Grounds, and Caretaking. They have become an essential part of the department’s working day environment. As with all new vehicles, problems do arise but these were sorted out extremely promptly and efficiently as ePower Trucks aftercare service is exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ePower Trucks to any company looking at purchasing ULEV’s”.

“Here at UWE Bristol, we have been running a fleet of four electric vehicles for the past 12 months. They have proved to be a real upgrade compared to the previous brand of electric golf buggies we were operating. Their carrying capacity, with an extra-long work tray, charge times and Cab room has been a big hit with the Grounds maintenance team, enabling them to work more efficiently across our large Campus. The support network provided by ePowerTrucks has been second to none ensuring we have suffered very little downtime and any issues have been dealt with via a prompt and friendly service.”
Carmine Ruggiero
Operations Manager
“Our new vehicles supplied by ePowerTrucks are modern, versatile and ideal for getting around a busy city centre. We wanted to continue our commitment to using only electric vehicles and we are extremely impressed with the look, feel and drive of the fleet. Great customer service and product from ePowerTrucks”

Aftersales & Business Compliance Manager
“We approached ePowerTrucks with a requirement for a vehicle our Housekeeping department could use to collect linen on guest changeover days. Our sustainability values dictated that the vehicle needed to be electrically powered and have enough range to be used all day. The team at ePowerTrucks were incredibly helpful and pointed us in the direction of their EPAMP XL with a cargo box on the back. The vehicle met all our requirements and even has air conditioning to keep our team cool during the hot summer months! We’ve had it for over 12 months now, and it has performed flawlessly. This year we also purchased an AMP 6 for our sales team to use when touring guests around the park, and hope to add more of these vehicles to the fleet over the coming years.”
Mark Nightingale
Fleet Manager
“The stock chaser we purchased has exceeded our expectations and amazingly lasts nearly a week on one charge. Our other buggies last just a day! We are delighted with our purchase and will not hesitate when the time is right to purchase another one.”

Customer Experience Coordinator
“We operate a shuttle service between the three venues on our campus, using two old style golf buggies. However, it wasn’t cost-effective, wasn’t always pleasant in inclement weather and one of the buggies was becoming less reliable. We wanted to invest in a vehicle with more passenger carrying capabilities and which was enclosed, and this one suited our needs perfectly and within budget. Our drivers absolutely love it. Even simple things like steering are greatly improved as the buggies didn’t have power steering – and they were not much fun to be in during cold or rainy weather.”
