A fantastic opportunity for a business development executive to join a well established and thriving electric vehicles / material handling business in Oldham. Due to expansion, they are looking for someone with a passion for customer relationships, promote the products and services of the business to clients across the UK via outbound sales calls.
The duties of the will include but not be limited to:
– Contacting existing customers to promote new and current services. You will need to be confident and proactive with speaking to a wide range of people.
– Keep CRM up to date with current contacts
– Make outbound sales calls and emails to prospective customers promoting the company and its product and service ranges
– Develop client relationships
– Working across two departments providing overall support to new sales and after sales teams
The successful candidate will be/have:
– Experience making outbound sales calls to new and existing customers
– Cold calling prospects
– Strong customer service experience
– Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
– Strong negotiation skills
– Pro-active and self motivated
