ePowerTrucks has just supplied a GM20E tow tractor to a southern based airport. Our customer was looking for a more economical way of moving planes around site.

They were using two diesel tugs but were concerned about the noise, fumes and running costs of IC engines. They opted for ELECTRIC!!!

The GM20E was supplied to tow planes in and out of the service hanger. The industrial tow tractor has a custom made tow hitch to fit the various planes on site. It is fitted with a large 80 volt industrial battery pack and can tow up to 25 tonnes!!!!

Standard specs include full cab, power steering, full light kit and inching buttons.
