ePowerTrucks has just supplied two electric utility vehicles to a large University campus. The two Alke ATX200E vehicles were supplied to help drive down the carbon footprint of the University.
Following demonstrations of several different electric vehicles the estates team opted for ePowerTrucks and the Alke ATX 200E.
One vehicle was supplied with a high mesh cage for waste collection and the other with a fully enclosed van box for the maintenance team. Both electric trucks will travel 40-50 miles on a charge, will carry 500kg and tow 2000kg.
